Gonexa - [DOC] & [SIGN] Production Interruption - 9:45 AM to 12:45 PM

Following our planned update to enhance the security of our APIs, an unplanned service outage for document generation and electronic signature retrieval occurred from 9:45 AM to 12:45 PM this Saturday, June 13th, in Production, and is still ongoing on the Sandboxes.

The Doc and Sign services are fully operational again

All signatures were processed on the afternoon of June 13th or will be processed during the day of June 15th, 2026.

Gonexa - Server maintenance from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

To improve our solutions, we will be performing a server update on Saturday, June 13, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.‍

No service interruptions are expected, and this update should be seamless for you.‍

As a precaution, we encourage you not to schedule any major batch processes, such as data generation or sending documents for signature, during this time.

This update corresponds to our Biarritz (2.61) release on the Gonexa server side; the corresponding Salesforce package will be made available directly from AppExchange or the Gonexa App on June 23, 2026. ‍

[SIGN] Server update with service interruption

Following Salesforce’s notification on April 27, 2026, regarding changes to the Connected Apps security policy affecting all ISVs, effective May 11, 2026, we are required to make changes to our Gonexa Sign product within a very short timeframe.‍

We are therefore planning maintenance on our servers on Friday, May 8, in the morning, with a service disruption of 20 to 60 minutes expected to begin at 10:00 AM.‍

The interruption will only affect documents sent for signature.

Document returns will be suspended during the maintenance but will resume in the afternoon.‍‍

We encourage you not to schedule any send-for-signature requests during this time.

[SIGN] Service interruption

Service interruption from April 27, 2026, at 12:57 PM to April 27, 2026, at 3:08 PM affecting our Azure resource dedicated to processing our Sign product, specifically:

  • Inability to send documents for simple, advanced, and qualified electronic signatures
  • Interruption of signature updates in our customers’ Salesforce. Signatures were caught up within 6 hours of service resumption.

Cause analysis:
An obsolete function in our code, retained as a precaution, made too many connections to our Azure Cosmos Sign, causing the resource to shut down.

Measures taken:
The obsolete function was removed and the resource restarted; signature processing resumed automatically and gradually through Yousign webhook retries
